established herself as one of the true icons of 80's pop music.
she had proven time and again that she was a magical musical
force to be reckoned with! her blend of pulsating dance rythms
and beautiful balads has left a permanent mark on the blue-box
charts (even though her biggest hits came from the pre- blue-box
period... she's mostly renowned for early classics such as "gloria",
"self control", "solitaire", "the lucky
one" and "ti amo"). laura sadly passed away in
august 2004, but will be remembered as one of the all-time pop
greats! |
