Aah... this GREAT news about SEAL on Billboard this week...

Seal has penciled in a Nov. 20 release date for "System," his first Warner Bros. album in four years. Madonna collaborator Stuart Price is serving as co-producer on the set and has added his touch to upbeat tracks such as "Amazing" and "The Right Life."



"The new record is really shaping up and is turning out to be much of a dance record," Seal said earlier this year. "This is something that I've always wanted to do seeing as most will say that dance is my background. Over the years I've somehow become more known for my ballads which I also love doing but dance music has always been close to my heart. Make no mistake, there will also be a killer ballad or three on this record but at this point in my life I really want to make something that is more dance directed."


Exciting news! Not only is there a new Seal album on its way, but he's returning to his dance roots and he's collaborating with Stuart Price! Can't wait!

"50 offers to retire

50 Cent has offered to quit as a solo artist if Kanye West defeats him in the pair's upcoming chart battle.

Both rap superstars release their new albums on the same day next month, prompting media hype over which act will sell the most copies in the first week.

However, Fiddy, who has already seen his offer of a live televised presidential-style debate rejected by West, insists there can only be one winner.

"Let's raise the stakes. If Kanye West sells more records than 50 Cent on September 11, I'll no longer perform music.

"I'll write music and work with my other artists, but I won't put out any more solo albums", he claimed.

50 Cent releases "Curtis" and Kanye West "Graduation" on September 11."


Here's hoping... (Ok, I won't wish 50's release to flop... I'm hoping he sells a lot... but here's hoping West sells just a little bit more...!)

The new DARREN HAYES single 'On The Verge Of Something Wonderful' might not seem so catchy on first listen, but it catches on quite quickly... and what a brilliant video! This has to be a contender for video of the year...



With his own independent label, and there's something that sounds unique and fresh about his new songs... I love it!

His new album 'This Delicate Thing We've Made' is being released August 20... a double album consisting of 25 songs!!
I'm excited about it, but time will tell whether it'll be possible to listen to 2 whole discs worth of Darren (without going crazy!)
