Prediction Game -

Where will these single end up on the UK Charts (Sunday, November 23):

Abs - 7 Ways
Busted - Crashed The Wedding
Ronan Keating - Find The Words
Missy Elliott - Pass That Dutch
Outkast - Hey Ya
Seal - Love's Divine
Britney Spears featuring Madonna - Me Against The Music

(One of the toughest release weeks this year. Girls Aloud was already pulled back a week due to the strong competition. Anyone of these could possibly reach #1 that week.)

A tough one! It would be either between Britney & Madonna, Outkast, Ronan or Busted...
And my money is on......Busted!!

Abs - 7 Ways (#12) It's on the album (might even do better due to an Almighty Mix on CD2).
Busted - Crashed The Wedding (#3) Fabby song - rather 'camp' intro!
Ronan Keating - Find The Words (#4) Haven't heard this, but he still has a HUGE fan base. Definitely Top 5.
Missy Elliott - Pass That Dutch (#6) It's OK. Already #1 on the UK airplay charts.
Outkast - Hey Ya (#2) Can't believe how popular this is. If ever a video sells a song, this is it! The vid is fantastic.
Seal - Love's Divine (#15) Album track. I like it a lot, tho'.
Britney Spears featuring Madonna - Me Against The Music (#1) ALL Britney and Madonna fans will be buying this.

OK, so Busted IS in the lead... I predict they will stay there... though I'm HOPING Britney & Madonna will overtake them... (actually, I'm putting 5 B.I. Cents on it - and since the B.I. economy is SO VERY STRONG - that's A LOT!!)

Glad you could find your way back to the islands Jannie... mysterious as the islands often are - but I guess "seek and thou shall find"!
btw - what do you think of the new Pet Shop Boys single "Miracles"?

Think it's quite good - especially the intro! Hope it'll make the Top 10 in the UK!

In the rush and excitement of all the year-end releases, don't forget about the brand new Celine Dion album... "1 Fille & 4 Types" - her first French album in five years! Quite an uncharacteristic cover and title - it might be possible to overlook it, but if lead single "Tout L'or Des Hommes" is anything to go by, it might be well worth checking out! (She certainly keeps busy, doesn't she? If only all our favourite artists were this frequent!)

Sugababes... such an original band! Quite a few other artists have copied them in recent history (like Girls Aloud!), but they remain the true originals! And with their great new album "Three" they prove once again that they are best at their game! Probably the best "girl band" out there at the moment - don't you agree?

>yawn!< the american billboard charts are SO boring at the moment, isn't it? ... almost ALL r&b and hip hop... (nothing against r&b/hip hop, but WHERE'S THE POP?)

A-MEN m8te!! And Beyonce is so overrated at the moment - it's so typical that "Baby Boy" is staying on top for ages now... the Billboard charts are in dire need of CHANGE!

Seems I'm the only 'girl' around here? C'mon ladies we need some support!
Anyhows, Billboard's "Hot 10" doesn't look much better this week - HOWEVER, there seems to be light at the end of this "very dark" tunnel - No Doubt & Dido (one letter away from my favorite 'toy', btw) seems to heading for the Top 10!

Also something that seems to happen on the billboard charts - not unusual for more than one song by the same artist to be released almost at the same time... which at the moment seems to be the case with Outkast and R. Kelly...

Hi Fonda, glad that we have a wonderful, gracious lady roaming the Blue Islands. You are right, I was missing a slender body diving around our oceans!!

Anyway, enjoy our blue water and music and may you have many happy returns - I certainly look forward to your next visit ! Look me up - I am the Boertjie that is always running around in my kakies and rugby socks with a Springbok Cap on!!

Cheers.
